Grab two objects for your farmer carry today partner up with a bike and a rower. Carry your objects suitcase style down to the wall and back before hoping on either the bike or the rower. Distribute the work evenly on both arms by setting your objects down at the wall before you turn around. Altnerate between bike and row such that you get to use each item three times.
