wall walk to 20s handstand hold
Today we'll spend some time working on getting upside down and into a handstand. Start the movement with your feet against the wall and your belly on the floor Walk your hands and feet backwards until you're parallel with the wall or as close as you can be, maintaining a tight midline. To scale this movement you can walk partially up the wall as far as you're comfortable or put your feet on a box and try to hold a pike position.
Workout of the Day
AMRAP in 15 minutes
50 double unders
35 sit-ups
20 kettlebell swings
15 minutes on the clock for this triplet of kettlebell swings and two-body weight movements. If you're new to double unders, cap yourself with about a minute of attempts or lower the volume such that you get some good practice in by adding one double under every five or ten reps. For kettlebell swings, remember that you can always scale by swinging the kettlebell to eye level rather than all the way overhead.
